Another gorgeous class of 2019 senior in front of our lens and here’s a peek from her session. We met at the studio prior to her photo shoot for hair and makeup with our stylist. She arrived at the studio much older than most babies we photograph, but since she was a preemie, she was about the size of an average newborn. I had prepared mom that she may not sleep quite so well since she was so much older … but boy did she surprise us! This little fellow is the sweetest baby. He bundled up and went night-night for us, and stayed that way ….as long as we kept him bundled. He didn’t love being without a swaddle, and sometime babies don’t and that is perfectly okay.
In our studio, babies are the boss. We learned a long time ago to prepare for newbron portrait sessions and all the possibilities that could occur. Sometimes babies like to be swaddled throughout the session and we let the baby lead … keeping him comfy and happy while capturing beautiful newborn portraits, that is what we do.
We have been photographing babies for 9 years now and have learned so much about babies and how to capture those cozy moments that will be forever treasured. It is an honor to have earned the trust of the Triad and Triangle over the years as your maternity and newborn photographer of choice.
