USEAGE: Melissa Treen Photography reserves the right to use the negatives and/or reproductions for display, publication, advertising, marketing or other purposes, including joint marketing with other vendors. Negatives and originals remain the property of Melissa Treen Photography.  Exclusive Photographer: Please only bring the people that will be photographed to the session. Also, please do not bring your own camera, camcorder, or recording device to the session. Before Your Session: Please have your children dressed and ready to go for their session. This includes hair combing and having their faces clean. Children are more likely to become fussy if they are messed with too much before the session. Copyright Information: All images copyrighted by photographer, Melissa Treen. We encourage you to share your images on social media, we simply ask that you please reference Melissa Treen Photography when posting images online. Please do not add to or take away, edit, alter, crop or change image in any way, as this violates our policy. Liability:  I agree to release, indemnify & hold harmless Melissa Treen Photography & all employees, assistants, partners, venues and vendors thereof of any injury, accident or loss that may occur during or as a result of a photography session to any person or property involved. Delivery: Digital images are delivered via digital download through Dropbox. We will send an invite to Dropbox, it is a free service to share images through and allows you to store your images securley as well. Once you receive the invite, please accept it and download Dropbox to a DESKTOP computer as much storage will be required for the size of digital images we produce. In addition, this allows us to share your images with you. Downloading to a phone or ipad will not work for this purpose, must be a desktop Mac or pc.
